Listen to the Leprechaun Mafia Podcast on:
Deep-dive into the blue collar world like you've never done before.

Editor’s pick

Welcome to Diesel Diaries, the podcast brought to you by the
Leprechaun
Mafia
Leprechaun Mafia is an online social club for real, hard-working blue-collar men and women who take pride in their craft. This isn’t just a podcast—it’s a brotherhood. Hosted by a crew of badass truckers who live the grind every single day, we’re here to share the stories of the open road, the hustle, and the brotherhood that makes it all worth it.

First up, we’ve got Darkwing—a 42-year-old newcomer to trucking who traded in a cushy office job in IT for the freedom of the road. After years of bouncing around and finding himself, he’s found a home among the hard-working men and women of the Leprechaun Mafia. In just six months, Darkwing’s been brought into the fold, making lifelong connections and learning the ropes of trucking the *real* way.

Next, we’ve got Devil—a seasoned vet with 17 years of on-and-off truck driving experience. Born and raised in Texas, Devil’s no stranger to the grind. He’s worked blue-collar jobs for over 30 years, bouncing from one tough job to the next, always finding himself back behind the wheel. He’s been in the Leprechaun Mafia crew for a year and a half, and he’s all about the camaraderie of hard-working folks who understand the true meaning of putting in work.

And last but not least, the man who created it all—Leprechaun. A 44-year-old trucker with 29 years of experience, he grew up in the rugged woods of Pennsylvania, hunting, riding quads, and living life the way real men do. Tired of the cookie-cutter, corporate BS, he founded Leprechaun Mafia to bring together a tribe of like-minded, no-nonsense individuals who value hard work, loyalty, and sharing their stories. This isn’t a place for soft hands—this is for the men who’ve been there, done that, and are teaching the next generation of hard-working warriors how to get their hands dirty.

So, buckle up, because Diesel Diaries is all about raw stories, no-holds-barred, and real talk from guys who’ve spent their lives working hard and living harder. We’re bringing you the truth of what it means to be a man of the road and a part of something bigger.

Why our listeners love us

a place where real workers hang out and talk shop—no sugar-coating.

“I’ve been in the Leprechaun Mafia server for about six months now, and I gotta say, it’s been a game-changer. As a construction guy, it’s not often I find a place where real workers hang out and talk shop—no sugar-coating. Whether you’re swingin' hammers or laying bricks, these guys get it. It’s more than just a chat room; it's a brotherhood. Some of the most genuine people I’ve met. If you're looking for a place where hard work is respected and not a bunch of office chatter, Leprechaun Mafia is where it's at.”

Construction Foreman

No nonsense, no egos

“Been on the road for years and the crew at Leprechaun Mafia has been a breath of fresh air. No nonsense, no egos, just a group of dudes who know the grind. There’s something special about being able to talk with people who understand what it’s like to be out there for days, weeks at a time. The real value is the conversations we have, and let me tell you, they’re better than any truck stop coffee.”

Highly Recommended.

“I’ve been a part of the Leprechaun Mafia for over a year now. They’re solid people. Real truckers, no pretenses. I’ve been able to pick up tips from the vets, talk about the rough days on the road, and even get a laugh or two when it’s been a rough week. We had an in-person meetup last summer at a BBQ joint, and let me tell you, these guys and gals? Just as genuine face-to-face. No egos, no BS. Just a bunch of working folks who’ve got each other's backs.”
Haulin' Hank
Warehouse Worker

Super actionable!

“Warehouse life can be a grind, but joining Leprechaun Mafia gave me an outlet. These folks know what it’s like to work hard every day, lifting, hauling, or doing whatever it takes to make a living. You don’t get a lot of that kind of solidarity in the warehouse world, but the Mafia? It’s like family. You can vent, learn, or just relax. If you’re in a blue-collar job, you need to be here. That’s all I’m sayin’.”

A must listen.

"Man, Leprechaun Mafia is the real deal. I’ve been trucking for 15 years, and I’ve never come across a group that feels like this. It’s not just a social group, it’s a community of hard-working men and women who understand what it means to put in the hours and make things happen. The podcast, Diesel Diaries? It’s just a damn good way to stay connected with folks who know your struggles. Can't get that on the radio or in a truck stop diner."
Big Rig Rob

Can’t miss this!

“Working on the warehouse floor as a forklift operator, it can feel like you're just another cog in the machine. But since I joined Leprechaun Mafia, it’s been different. These guys and gals actually get the daily grind. I’ve never felt more connected to a group of people who understand what it’s like to work your ass off and still keep your head up. The community is supportive, fun, and no one judges you for the kind of work you do. It’s been an awesome place to vent, learn, and just be myself. If you’re in the warehouse or any blue-collar job, you’re missing out if you’re not part of this.”
